She can outgun most lower tier destroyers and many same tier torpedo destroyers, but she’ll need help to engage Tier X gunboats and destroyer hunters. However, dedicated gunboats like Friesland and Kitakaze have even greater DPM. Although she has one less turret, that shorter reload gives her a higher sustained DPM than her American cousins. Her main battery reload is also impressive at 2.5 seconds stock, faster than Fletcher and one of the fastest at Tier IX.
